Marshall Terrace is a neighborhood that is located in the northeast community of Minneapolis. The neighborhood is named after Minnesota’s fifth governor, William R. Marshall who served the city from 1866 to 1870. Marshall Terrace is bordered by Saint Anthony Parkway to the north, Lowry Ave. to the south, 4th St. NE and University Ave. to the east, and the Mississippi River to the west.

For decades, most of this community’s land was used for industries and factories, railroad tracks, and utilities. In the 1800s, very few people settled in this area. However, over time, it developed as more and more people began to build residential homes in the neighborhood.

Depreciation of the lost or damaged item is not a factor in determining replacement value when the shipment is moved under full value protection. The cost of full value protection may be subject to various deductible levels of liability that may reduce your cost. Ask your moving coordinator for the details of their specific plan.
