Marshall who served the city from 1866 to 1870. Marshall Terrace is bordered by Saint Anthony Parkway to the north, Lowry Ave. to the south, 4th St. NE and University Ave. to the east, and the Mississippi River to the west.
For decades, most of this community’s land was used for industries and factories, railroad tracks, and utilities. In the 1800s, very few people settled in this area. However, over time, it developed as more and more people began to build residential homes in the neighborhood.
