However, in 1995, the city added the name “Webber” to this neighborhood, hence the current name “Camden-Webber.” The community has four boundaries: Dowling Ave. to the south, the Canadian Pacific Railway to the north, Interstate 94 to the east, and Penn and Newton Avenues to the west. The neighborhood was initially an industrial area filled with factories and industries, but it has since developed to become a residential community for residents and immigrants.
